I love eating healthy. I was fortunate to have parents that where health orientated. We drank raw juices before it was ever popular. I still drink many of the colorful fruit and vegetable juices and enjoy brown rice dishes Qinoa with steamed vegetables. Carrot beet and ginger one of my favorite juices. I enjoy daily walks taking in all the details around me. Nature is one big patchwork quilt of color. Being clean in and out has been a healthy blessing to me. I am so happy to be a part of this forum with like minded people. Daisy......
